Karan has multiple disabilities and rarely leaves his home. Since first receiving physiotherapy, aged two, he learned to sit by himself and stand with the support of a wall. Now aged 4 he can walk with support and has started to speak. With continued visits it is hoped that Karan will be able to walk to the nursery and meet other children, and later attend school.
He is 6 years old, and has a locomotor disability and comes to the anganwadi (nursery) for physiotherapy. His balance is greatly improved.
She was identified in 2012 at the age of 2. At the time she was only able to sit with support. She attends the anganwadi (Nursery) 2 -3 days a week. She can now climb up 3 stairs by herself, has developed a good pincer grip and enjoys ‘blowing’ exercises.
She was identified in 2011 and is 4 years old. At that time she had no head control and all milestones are delayed. She can now sit with support in a chair for about 5 minutes and is cooperative during physiotherapy.
